Society for the Prevention of Snape Rape!

This is a club against all OOC rapes of Snape's original, big-nosed, greasy character... and sometimes the more literal rapes of his character by fangirls or OOC HP characters. GAAAAAH.

Of course we don't hate Snape. We loved the snarky, greasy git of a potions master. We hate seeing pictures of him naked in a bunny outfit with Draco. We hate seeing him having affairs with just about every main character (save Ron). And above all else, we hate seeing him pregnant. He does not have ovaries or a uterus. It's more likely to be a tumor than the product of some SnapeXAnyone pairing. If you're going to draw him preggers, at least give him moobs! Ahem. We are the true fangirls of Snape, in a sense; we know that this sort of behaviour is so OOC that you should be ashamed for even calling the character 'Snape.'

OOC--Out Of Character (it's all... acronym-y)
canon (exclusively, that of fiction)--the original article, while non-canon would then be fanfics and spinoffs. (For more information, see the wikipedia article, Canon (fiction).)
Mary-Sues--the wikipedia definition is so perfect that I had to copy and paste it: "Mary Sue (sometimes shortened simply to Sue) is a pejorative term for a fictional character who is portrayed in an idealized way and lacks noteworthy flaws, or has her flaws unreasonably romanticized."
